We strive to deliver competent, compassionate, and skillful care. We believe our time is best served with our patients, rather than negotiating with insurance companies. Therefore, we do not participate with third-party payers/health insurance plans.
Many health insurance plans provide out-of-network benefits. Information regarding the diagnostic and procedure codes will be provided to facilitate any reimbursement from your insurance company. It is recommended that you inquire with your health insurance plan to determine if out-of-network benefits apply to you.
Please note, we are a paperless practice. All claim/visit statements will be sent to you electronically via our patient portal in pdf format. Statements will be available for you to retrieve approximately two weeks after each visit.
Payment is expected at the time services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept cash, personal checks, and debit cards.
